Yes, they do. Every security door we install comes with a 12-month warranty against factory defects and installation errors. Should a problem develop with your door in this period, we’ll remedy it free of charge. We strongly recommend having a maintenance contract with us to extend the life of your security doors.

Yes, we can. Each aluminium security door comes in the Standard Satin Silver Anodised Finish. These products can be powder coated to Dulux Duralloy colour or a specific colour of your choice. Please contact Scotty Doors for more information on available colours for each type of security shutter and possibilities of powder coating or painting. In addition, please see the Dulux powder coat colour chart for a full list of the available colours.

The lead time for every door depends on the product type. From confirmation of your order and signed-off drawings, it typically takes 2 to 3 weeks before your door is manufactured and installed, with an additional 1 week if powder coating is required. Before you order, we’ll always give you specific delivery estimates and timelines. Should you have rigid schedules, we can discuss this to adjust our manufacturing timeline in line with yours.
