Regular ongoing maintenance through our Contract Planned Maintenance Service improves the daily operation of your door and reduces the need for costly repairs when they break down.
Scotty Doors grilles, shutters and folding closures are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the certified date of installation, against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding wear and tear, provided the product is not used in a manner other than that normally expected of this product type in day-to-day use.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, you must contact Scotty Doors or any reputable commercial door company to discuss the ongoing service and maintenance schedule for your doors. For ongoing safe operation, your door/s must be serviced every 12 months at a minimum or as per your service agreement.
